Working information is often spread across many Excel files, and combining it manually takes considerable time. Users needed one clear format where all important data could be viewed and understood easily by people with different levels of technical experience.
G-File is already used across a range of client workflows. It was created as a simple and visually understandable Excel report, mainly consolidating information from day-to-day working files. The first G-File was a sales report by Tbilisi district for a distribution company. A fully automated version followed later—Ultra G-File—connected to SQL Server and RS data.
