My business journey began as an individual entrepreneur and developed over time into The Optimistic Vision LLC. Annovia is the company’s software products, digital solutions, and business process automation branch.

As an accountant, I regularly worked with large volumes of data, repetitive processes, and tasks that required significant manual effort. The first solutions were Excel reports and small automations designed to save time and make information easier to use.

That work developed into more advanced Excel models, Power Query, SQL queries, and structured data processing. It also shaped a principle that still guides Annovia: a workflow should not always be forced to fit an existing product. Sometimes the better answer is a tool built specifically for the real requirement.

An important part of the story

Rezi Khutsaidze

During Annovia's early stages, many ideas, working methods, and experiences were developed together with Rezi Khutsaidze. The G-File naming tradition — General File — comes from that period, and the thinking that led to the Annovia name also grew from that collaboration. Our professional paths now continue separately, but his contribution remains an important part of the story.

After Excel reporting and data processing, the next step was building internal applications and web systems. Today Annovia delivers focused tools, web platforms, integrations, and complete business systems. The principle remains the same: build only as much technology as the real problem requires.
