My business journey began as an individual entrepreneur. Over time, the work grew and developed into a company—The Optimistic Vision LLC.
Annovia is the software products, digital solutions, and business process automation branch of The Optimistic Vision LLC.
The name The Optimistic Vision was not chosen by accident. I have always tried to see opportunity in every situation, approach challenges with an optimistic perspective, and turn each difficulty into a new stage of development.
The story of Annovia did not begin with the creation of a large software system. It began with a desire to simplify and optimize my own daily work.
As an accountant, I regularly worked with large amounts of data, repetitive processes, and tasks that required significant manual effort. My first steps were simple Excel reports and small automations. The objective was straightforward: reduce manual work, save time, and make information easier to understand.
Soon, basic reports were no longer enough. The next stage involved more advanced Excel models, Power Query, SQL queries, data processing, and bringing disconnected information together into a structured environment.
During this process, I discovered something important: it is not always necessary to search for an existing product and force your workflow to fit it. In many cases, a better result comes from creating a solution specifically for the real need.
That is how my journey of designing and refining solutions began—first for my own work, and later for wider business challenges.
An Important Part of the StoryRezi Khutsishvili
During the first stages of this journey, Rezi Khutsishvili was beside me. Together, we discovered, learned, and created many things. One tradition I inherited from him is the naming of reports as G-File, meaning General File, a name I still use today.
We also arrived at the idea behind the Annovia name together. The project had a different name at the time, but that shared thinking, experimentation, and experience helped create the foundation of what Annovia is today.
Our professional journey no longer continues together, but that does not change the importance of Rezi's role in this story.
I would personally like to thank him for the time we spent working together, for the knowledge we shared, and for everything we created side by side.
I am genuinely proud of him, and I hope he is also proud of the path I am continuing today.
From Reports to Software SystemsThe next major step after Excel reporting and data processing was building applications and websites for internal business use.
This is where Annovia's history meets its present.
Today, Annovia creates not only reports and focused automations, but also web platforms, internal systems, integrations, and complete business solutions.
The central principle remains unchanged: we do not create a complex system simply because we can. We create the solution that responds to the real problem in the clearest and most effective way.
For me, Annovia represents the result of accumulated experience, curiosity, practical work, and continuous development.
This story is still at its beginning. There are larger projects, new products, and an even more optimistic vision ahead.
